WFC would like to use Dauphnia ma,na instead ofthe
curren0y mandated Ceriodauphnia dubia for relevant portion of our WET test. This modification would
apply to all of our owfalls, current and future. Table I below shows our monthly TDS values for the
NPDES 007 outfall for [he past Lvo years and the NPDES OOS outfall for the past hvo months (from the
start ofsteady discharge). The report sheets from the analytical lab are attached at Appendix A. Our only
other active outfall, NPDES 001 is awaiting release from [he NPDES regulations as per my letter of 14
Nov 01 to you (attached for reference).
fable I: "I'DS Values Ibr NPDES 007 and NPDES 008 for Selected Intervals
NPDES 007 NPDES OOS
Date TDS (mg/L) Dale TDS (mg/L) Date TDS (n,g/L)
.Ian 00 2820 Jan O I No Discharge Jan O I No Discharge
Feb 00 2900 Feb Ol No Discharge Feb Ol No Discharge
Mar 00 No Discharge Mar OI No Discharge Mar OI No Discharge
Apr 00 No Discharge Apr OI No Discharge Apr OI No Discharge
May 00 1770 May OI 370 May 01 No Discl,argc
.lun 00 2360 Jun OI 1910 Jun OI No Discharge
Iu100 2690 1ul OI 2650 Jul 01 No Discharge
Aug, 00 2600 Aug OI 2590 Aug OI No Discharge
i tirp (10 ~2R(1 Sep 01 2C> 10 Sep 01 No Discharge
Od (10 2540 Oct OI 4490 Oct O I No Discharge
Nnv (1(1 2820 Nov OI 4460 Nov O I 4370
Ucc O(9 2990 Dec O I 4230 Dec 01 4030
Please Ict me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
~Q~n_
Tony ~dki s
Mine n sneer
f.\Itn,_IUlia\Word\watcrlNPDGS_nuid_W8T Icst_dauphnia.doc
