I have reviewed the letter report submitted by Jim Stover, P.E., on behalf of
the Blue Ribbon Coal Company. The included survey results show the
reconstructed Blue Ribbon mine's portal bench to be performing properly. The
largest variance from last quarters locations, .05 feet vertically, is well
within the normal error limits of the survey. I recommend that you accept the
report as submitted.
