(C~ <br />~~~ ~'1 <br />The operator (Logan County) files this Notice of Intent to Continue sand and <br />grav=_1 operations at the Stephens Gravel Pit, M-78-146. <br />According to the revision of November, 1988, an updated map is included as: <br />1) It shows land affected in 1992. Approximately 1,600 cubic yards were <br />Wined and paid for; <br />2) It shows reclamation areas to date; <br />3) It shows anticipated mining activity in 1993; <br />4) Land has been reclaimed in the last year (see map for approximate <br />location).
