The location and <br />amount of affected acreage in 1996 remains as presented in the 1983 permit amenliment <br />application. There have been no new areas reclaimed since the 1996 Annual Report. <br />Pursuant to Colorado Mineral Rules and Regulations Rule 1, Section 1.15(1)(a), the level of <br />financial warranty for this operation currently stands at $937,090.
