SEP 28 '93 01~26PM CYPRUS HRNNR P.3 • • Z.0 MAPS The attached map, Foidel Creek Mine, Subsidence Monitoring Status Map, illustrates the following information: 1. Location of subsidence monuments; 2. Extent of existing underground workings with monthly longwall advance for this report period as well as the extent of all underground workings to date; 3. Current mine plan; and, 4. Surtace topography end structures. The following subsidence cross-sections are attached: Subsidence Line 1000 Subsidence Line 3000 Subsidence Line 4000 Thase cross-sections illustrate monument location, subsidence for this report period, and total subsidence to date for each monitoring line. 3.0 STRUCTURES The identified structures located in the current subsidence area are shown on the attached map. 4.0 CONCLUSIONS This section summarizes the results and conclusions from the subsidence monitoring far this reporting period. The data used to generate the subsidence cross-sections are tabulated in the following tables: Subsidence Monitoring Data, Monitoring Line 1000 Subsidence Monitoring Data, Monitoring Line 3000 Subsidence Monitoring Data, Monitoring Line 4000 The Appendix summarizes monitoring dates during this reporting period and presents the original field data, In review the field data, the subsidence monument number is listed in the Descriptor column followed by the survey date. It should be noted that undermining of the 3000- and 4000-lines was completed in January 1993. The final monitoring survey for this report period was conducted in June 1983.
