Walker ~N <br />subject: Review for Compliance, 2000 Annual Reclamation Report <br />date: January 8, 2003 <br />Rule 2.04.13 Annual Reclamation Report <br />Rule 2.04.13(1): By February 1 S, or other such date as agreed on, each permittee shall file an <br />annual reclamation report covering the previous calendaryearforail areas under bond. The report <br />shall include, but not be limited to, text, discussion and maps, which address: <br />The report is in compliance with this rule with the approved vaziance of submission of the report by <br />the end of February (Permit, page 117), and further extended due to relocation of corporate offices. <br />The report was submitted and received at the Division on March 8, 2001. The report includes text, <br />discussion and maps as described below. <br />Coors Energy Company combines the Annual Reclamation Report (ARR) with the Annual <br />Hydrologic Report (AHR), and calls it the AHR Report. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(a): The name and address of the permittee and permit number; <br />The report is in compliance with this rule with regard the name and address of the permittee. The <br />name, Coors Energy Company, appears on the title page and as does the address (P. O. Box 467, <br />Golden, Colorado 80402). However, the permit number, C-81-028, has been omitted. This was <br />brought to the attention of the permittee, and will be corrected starting with the 2002 reports (the <br />Permit number is provided in the Introduction of the report. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(b): Location and number of acres disturbed during that year; <br />The report is in compliance with this rule. No acres were disturbed during the yeaz (report, page <br />119). <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(c): Location and number of acres bacl~Iled and graded during that year; <br />The report is incompliance with this rule. Backfill during 2000 at the Keenesburg Mine consisted of <br />38,509 tons of fly and bottom ash (Report, page 122) and 30,620 bank cubic yards of spoil (7,080 + <br />23,540, report, page 122). Approximately 11,376 bank cubic yazds of topsand was placed. <br />
