Zalkind:
Open pit clay mining has progressed according to our plans as approved
by the Board.
1. Approximately 1/2 acre of land that was mined pre-law
was affected during the preceeding year. Most activities
consisted of blending several previously mined stockpiles
together.
2. Approximately 1/2 acre of land that was mined prelaw will
be worked next year. This should be the last mining.
Exploration will continue on the remainder of the property.
Unless positive results occur, there will be no more mining.
3. The land south of the county road that was affected by our
mining operations is planned to be reclaimed during the
following year.
Enclosed is our check for $50.00 to cover the annual fee. Please
acknowledge receipt of this Notice of Intent to Continue Clay Mining
and the check by signing below, and returning one copy of this letter
to us.
`b-
O~1~1~
~ `
MGL/s
enc.

Check No. 1 33 y from the Robinson Brick F, Tile Company
Received this~day of ~,a a st 1982.
• CUALITY FACE BRICK
COLORADO MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD
by
Members of: Brick Insblute of America, Region 12
Associated General Contractors of America, Denver • Home Builders Assn., Denver
ieeu
ROBCO ••••••••
• CENTENNIAL
IYtlO
