Attached to the report form aze documents pertaining to existing <br />disturbance, backfilling and grading, light-use roads, soil and spoil monitoring, revege ation, and wildlife <br />monitoring. A map is included to show all mining-related disturbances from Januazy 1, 2001 through <br />December 31, 2001. An aerial photo of the mine site is included as Exhibit 01-5, and Exhibit 01-6 is an <br />azial photo showing planned revegetation activities for the yeaz 2002.
