The operator (Logan County) files this notice of intent to continue sand and
gravel operations at the Kokes Sand and Gravel Pit, M-78-249.
According to the revision of November, 1988, an updated map is not required
as:
1) No land has been affected in the previous year and,
2) No land has been reclaimed in the previous year as the operator did not
pursue mining operations.
$50.00 permit fee waived.
