However, in a few case they are either <br />a specialist ir. the Denver ~~ffice completing a <br />o or no trace of the fil c:an be found on the <br />ext trip to Denver (Feb 97~ I will again pick up <br />file as I can reasonably transport. <br />Another project related o this, but wit out the end product being <br />microfiche, is the zero copying of e pertinent hard copy of <br />files for this office. It involves m terial since '93, when many <br />of the files were first fich d. Dura o now has responsibility for <br />a large number of files which were ched previously, but may have <br />been handled out of Denver. T oug we have copies of that 1992-93 <br />fiche, often no hard copy exi of recent material in many of <br />Durango's files now. I borrowe enver's files for bringing down <br />here to copy. I don't have an exact count, but have copied <br />pertinent material from at le t 7 oxes of files. <br />Regarding the completion of he micro 'che (and copying) project, <br />I anticipate March 1997 wil see it bei wrapped up from our end. <br />I hope that Central Serv ces' turnarou d time does not become <br />longer. <br />I'll let you know <br />Thanks for all your <br />Bob <br />this project is professing next month. <br />on your end! \ <br />cc: Steve <br />
