4 <br />• <br />• --~ Robinson Brick Company is filing this Annual Report as part of the 112c Annual Fee and <br />Report Request requirements of the State of Colorado. <br />The Chieftain South Mine is located in Jefferson County, Colorado in the western portion <br />of the City of Lakewood. <br />The mine is on active status with regazd to clay mining, hauling and stockpiling activities. <br />Operations (Current Year) <br />Permitted acreage remains the same at 131.5 acres with 52.9 acres affected. No new <br />disturbance occurred and a total of 20.9 acres has been topsoiled and seeded but has yet <br />to receive bond release. <br />No reclamation was done during this reporting period and no map was included as there <br />are not changes from last yeaz. <br />Operations (Next Year) <br />Additional clay will be removed in 2000. <br />Bonding <br />Deemed adequate at this time. <br />
