reclamation permit, and must be paid each year until reclamation responsibility
release is granted. If you have requested reclamation release from the Division
but your permit is not terminated-by your anniversary date listed below the annual
fee MUST be paid. If the Division does release this permit before the anniversary
date please do not pay this fee.
The fee is for LAST YEARS mining and reclamation season, and MUST be paid
