Disking or tilling of the site will be repeated at least every other month during, the summer, <br /> and at other times as deemed necessary until the total TPH concentration of th.:treated soils <br /> is less than 250 mg TPH/kg soil. <br /> If, at any time it is determined that treatment is not proceeding fast enough an'y or all of the <br /> following materials may be added to the contaminated soils: straw, manure, chemical <br /> fertilizer, organic inoculation. <br /> 5.0. DISPOSAL OF TREATED SOILS <br /> Soils which have completed the treatment process (i.e. weathered and pass the TPH treatment <br /> standard) will be either disposed of by placement into the excavation developed during removal <br /> of the contaminated soils or left in place on the D-2 Mine waste pile. All disturbed areas will be <br /> covered with topsoil and revegetated. <br /> 6.0 DOCUMENTATION <br /> The petroleum contaminated soil treatment and disposal activities will be documented by <br /> construction activity reports.
