The <br />Division, however, did not receive the annual fee of $225.00 for <br />this site. Please be reminded the annual fee is for 1995-1996 <br />and for having a valid existing Reclamation Permit in the State <br />of Colorado. The annual fee is a requirement of <br />C.R.S. 34-32.5-125(b)(I and II) and (c) and MUST be paid each <br />year until you have been released from reclamation responsibility <br />requirement by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />I have enclosed Rule 4.16 of the Construction Rules and <br />Regulations, and C,R.S. 34-32.5-117(5)(a-d).
