Permit No. M-77-153, Annual Report
Anniversary Date: 02

Our files indicate that the anniversary date for this permit
is February 7, 1996. This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary
Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this year. This
111.20 acre ± pit is not a phased operation and the current bond is
$40,800.00. The reclamation bond was reviewed and determined
adequate during 1993. The facility is located in Adams County.
Please refer to the Annual Report Map for items discussed in
this report. We will deal specifically with each of the Annual
Report requirements as outlined in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and
Regulations and the Annual Notice Letter.
(1) No new area was disturbed this year, we continued to remove
material processed in previous years and mine in the area
stripped in the past. The current areas of disturbance are,
Lake area, 79.75 ac.± (blue); 3h:ly below water bank slopes,
1,030 linear feet (orange); Bank stabilization & fish habitat,
1.65 ac.±; topsoil stockpiles, 3.88 ac.±; Roads, 5.30 ac. ±;
Plant site/stockpiles, 1.59 ac.± (yellow); above water sloping
complete, 5.05 ac.± (brown). With the remaining 7.90 acres ±
in area that does not need to be revegetated because it is
designated recreation areas, i.e. sandy beach, camping area
and parking lots (purple).
(2) The current lake surface area is 79.75 acres ± which needs no
reclamation. We have completed the below water sloping on an
additional 9,596 linear feet of lake shore (orange). This is
approximately 84.9% of all the underwater sloping necessary.
