The tabulated results for this survey are contained in Table 19. This area
continues to improve over time exhibiting increased stability and vegetative growth. However,
an area of the terrace on a curve above the rock habitat ("Stonehenge") has failed resulting in
new gullies forming on the slope immediately below. The Tl 1 terrace and the associated gullies
are scheduled for repair in 2004.
Table 19: West Ridge Block 11-12 Erosion Condition Classification
Possible
Item Score 2004 2003 2002
2001 2000 1999 1998
1997 1996
' Soil Movement 14 0 2 2 2 2 3 3 5 4
Surface Litter 14 0 0 0 0 0 3 0 0 0
Surface Rock Fragments 14 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 2 2
Pedestalling 14 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
Flow Patterns 15 0 0 0 0 0 3 3 3 6
Rills 14 3 3 3 3 3 6 3 6 6
Gullies 15 3 2 2 2 3 3 3 3 4
Total 100 6 7 7 7 8 18 12 19 22
Erosion Condition Classification: Stable Stable Stable Stable Stable Stable Stable Stable Slight
' Block 12-13
The erosion condition composite SSF score fo r this site was 7, which pl aced it in the
' Stable erosion class. The tabulated results for this survey are contained in Table 20. There are
minor rills and small gullies that appear to be stable . In 2002, corrective measures included
' contour furrowing and seeding gullies located at the southwest edge of the block. No corrective
measures planned as a result of the inventory.

' 14
