If you have requested reclamation release from the Division <br /> but your permit is not terminated by your anniversary date listed below the annual <br /> fee must be paid. If the Division does release this permit before the anniversary <br /> date please do not pay this fee. <br /> The fee is for last years mining and reclamation season, and must be paid even if <br /> the mine was in an inactive state.
