The Financial Warranty for this operation is $5000. 00, the permitted area is 9 . 99 ac. ± and the pit is not phased. As required in Rule 6. 7 (1) and (2) the mine permit sign is at the entrance to the pit and the boundary has been outlined with posts to delineate the affected lands. Reference is made to MLRB Rules and Regulations, Section 2 .4. 1. 2.4. 1 (1) We continued to mine on the face opened when mining began. The face continues to progress across the property from south to north. We opened an additional 0. 60 acres ± this year (green) . The floor of the pit covers approximately 3 . 36 acres. Please refer to the attached map for the areas discussed in the report. (2) No reclamation was required this year. (3) We will continue to mine from east to west, stripping the area before the face as we mine. If things go as we expect we may disturb as much as 2 . 00 acres ± in the next year. and the Road may have to be relocated farther west on the site. (4) No reclamation is required until mining is complete. Rough grading of the side slopes is completed as mining progresses. The topsoil stockpiles along the sides of the pit have overgrown with weeds so we do not have an erosion problem at this time (brown) . n
