C-81-071 Annual Reclamation Report 1992.
CYCC is submitting this letter in follow-up to our prior telephone conversations
regarding the referenced document. Each Division concern is restated, and followed
immediately by the CYCC response.
1) The Division recognizes and understands the inclusion of the permanent waste
rock disposal area as part of Twentymile Coal Company's (TCC) reclamation
liability. For the record, it is understood that this area (TR-15 No. C-82-056)
has yet to be approved and is still considered a part of the CYCC permit until
approved.
RESPONSE: No response required.
21 All of haulroad A as well as the YVCC Office and road areas need to be shaded
on the maps to indicate TCC liability.
RESPONSE: As discussed, this will be addressed in the next submittal of the
ARR.
31 To clarify within the CYCC permit which facilities (ie. roads, ponds, structures,
buildings, etc.l still remain CYCC responsibility please submit a minor revision
clearly detailing the remaining acreages and facilities under CYCC permit.
RESPONSE: As discussed previously, CYCC will submit a revision clarifying the
liability matter prior to the submittal of the next reclamation report.
