This pit HAS NOT been granted <br />a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this <br />year. The Financial Warranty is $29,300, the permitted area is <br />14.20 ± and the pit is not Phased. A sign that conforms with <br />rule 6.7 Signs end Markers is installed at the entrance to the pit. <br />We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br />requirements as outlined in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and Regula- <br />tions, and in the annual notice letter. <br />(i) Mining is complete on the parcel west of the railroad this <br />year (brown). <br />(2) We have continued to fill part of the pit with clean fill <br />consisting of concrete, old asphalt and dirt (/////) as <br />approved. Reclamation has been successful and the trees <br />planted along the east line have done very well. The top- <br />soil stockpile has not been disturbed this year. <br />(3) No additional lands will be disturbed after mining is com- <br />plete. <br />(4) We will continue to backfill the areas partially filled to <br />date. The concrete batch plant area is continuing to be <br />used (purple). <br />
