The location and amount of affected acreage in <br />1995 remains as presented in the 1983 permit ammendment <br />application. There have been no new areas reclaimed since <br />the 1994 Annual Report, however an updated copy of the map <br />depicting the affected area is included with this report. <br />Pursuant to Colorado Mineral Rules and Regulations Rule 1, <br />Section 1.15(1)(a), the level of financial warranty for this <br />operation currently stands at $383,183.00. The adequacy of <br />this warranty remains under joint review by the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology and the Cotter Corporation (Cotter). <br />Cotter will revise the financial warranty, as needed, upon <br />completion of this review. <br />Sincerely, ~j <br />Timothy W.
