The Annual Report, tdap, and fees for the "Lamar West Pit" are <br />due March 22, 1986. <br />Preliminary information was provided in the form of a technical revision to <br />the "Wiley" and "Lamar West" Pits. The Division is awaiting Reclamation cost <br />estimates for the three above-captions operations, indicated in your June 12, <br />1985 letter to the Division and the Division's June 20, 1985 response to you. <br />In addition, please specify the area, and backfilling volume requirements for <br />each site. <br />Please submit this information at your earliest convenience, preferably prior <br />to February 21, 1985. Without local contractors cost estimates, the Division <br />will resort to Blue-book rental rates and Catepillar Handbook production <br />figures for cost estimate calculations. <br />The technical revision(s) will be presented for the Board consideration <br />following Financial Warranty (Reclamation cost) recalculation. <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Camille M.
