The annual <br />fee (this is NOT a renewal fee), report, and map are for the 1990 mining and <br />reclamation season, and and are due and payable, unless your reclamation bond has <br />been released in its entirety, before this anniversary date. IF YOUR ANNUAL <br />FEES, ANNUAL REPORT, AND MAP ARE NOT RECEIVED BY THE DIVISION ON OR BEFORE YOUR <br />ANNIVERSARY DATE, A FORMAL NOTICE OF VIOLATION, AND A BOARD ORDER TO PAY CIVIL <br />PENALTIES IN THE AMOUNT EQUAL TO YOUR ANNUAL FEE AMOUNT OF $120.00 WILL BE <br />AUTOMATICALLY ASSESSED. <br />If your records indicate different facts than those stated above or if you have <br />already forwarded your remittance, report, and map to us please inform this office <br />as soon as possible.
