DMG Permit No. M-88-1 12 <br />Quarterly, Monthly, and Bi-weekly Sampling - July 12, 24, 29. 30, and 31, <br />August 12, 13, and 14, 1996 <br />Dear Mr. Dillie: <br />Enclosed are the analytical reports from Core Laboratories for the quarterly, monthly, and <br />bi-weekly sampling periods collected July 12, 24, 29, 30, and 31, and August 12, 13, and <br />14, as specified in he April 1992 Abatement Plan. The cross-reference table between <br />sample identification numbers and sample locations is attached. As specified in TR-006, <br />calculated free and wad cyanide values for the process point samples are enclosed. <br />The groundwater wells M-8, M-15. D87-24. SF-I ,and M-1 1 R, surface water station, RS-5, <br />and the process points were sampled and the analyses are enclosed. Duplicate taken <br />of RS-5 is included here. Field and rinse blanks were collected as part of the QA/QC. <br />The lysimeters were checked in July and found to be dry.
