The road is primarily used by
the rancher and oil service personnel to haul crude and service oil and gas wells
to the south.
We suspect there was either a deliberate or accidental spill of oil in the drainage
or pond. We have experienced sabotage in the past.
We will continue to monitor our 1L~ outfalls in compliance with our CDPS and
MLRD permits and search the area for any evidence of surface oil.
Sincerely,
/off ~GI/
Bryan J. Archer, Manager
Sun Coal Company
~JP
