Mining occured in the northeast portion of Tract A, Phase One, on the <br />east halft of the property. This is the same area mined in 1988-89 <br />only we mined deeper in the pit. No new acres were disturbed. Approx. <br />3.0 acres were mined. <br />2. No acres were reclaimed. Mining is continuing in the phase. <br />3. No acres are in various stages of reclamation because mining is <br />continuing in this phase. <br />4. No new vegetation was planted. <br />5. No fertilizer or soil conditioner was used. <br />6. Mining is continuing in the phase and the only reclamation that has <br />occured is the vegetation of the top soil stockpiles. <br />7. We estimate we will mine about 3 acres more or less in this same area <br />of Phase One in 1990-91, mining deeper the the pit without disturbing <br />additional acres, depending upon business demand. <br />8.
