OF MINERALS <br />& GEOLOGY <br />Enclosed please find a check that covers the annual fee payment for the above~aptioned Sand <br />and Gravel operation. Also, please be advised that as a result of discussions between the <br />undersigned and Gregg Squire of your office, the annual report due date has been extended for <br />thirty days to November 24, 1998. <br />The report extension is necessary because we are in the process of finishing up work on the first <br />phase of the gravel pit reclamation and need additional time to survey the reclaimed area. With <br />this survey information we can then report accurate as-built reclaimed acreages and show the as- <br />built reclaimed areas accurately on an accompanying map.
