No extraction occurred in 1999, however, we plan to submit a technical revision
in 2000 to support a modification to the mining plan to recover residual reserves.
At that time, the material storage location will be measured and identified on a
map, since its present location may change due to planned recovery operations.
Additionally, the seed mixture and methodology may change to facilitate
reseeding of failed areas where reseeding occurred in 1997, or earlier, but has
not fully recovered. There are no other substantive changes since the annual
report of 1 June 1999.
