Shelton <br /> Director <br /> February 1 , 1983 <br /> Anshutz Uranium Corp. <br /> 2400 Anaconda Tower <br /> 555 17th Street <br /> Denver, Colorado 80202 <br /> Re: File No. 77-451 <br /> Section 34-32-110(4) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act requires that <br /> 11 <br /> . . . the Operator shall annually file, on the anniversary date of the <br /> permit, a Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations. The Notice <br /> of Intent shall contain an annual fee of $50.00 and a map or statement <br /> that shall indicate: (a) the land affected during previous year; <br /> • (b) the land to be affected during the coming year, and (c) any land <br /> reclaimed during the preceding year." <br /> Based upon our records, the anniversary date of your operation is February 15 <br /> and annual fees for the year(s) 1983 totalling $ 50.00 <br /> are due on that date. <br /> If your records indicate different facts, please inform this office as soon as <br /> possible; otherwise, we will expect to receive the annual fees as required by <br /> the statute on or before your anniversary date. Also, please include the <br /> required Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations to bring the Division <br /> up to date as to the progress of mining and reclamation on the site.
