The effective date of all information in this <br />report is March 2nd, 1989. Please refer to the Annual Report Map <br />for the location of areas discussed in this report; the colors <br />correspond with areas colored on the map. <br />We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br />questions as outlined in Section 2.41 of the Rules and Regulations <br />revised 11/88. <br />2.41 (1) No new lands have been disturbed during 1988. Mining <br />continued from the north to the south in the area partially <br />mined last year (lire blue). We mined 0.71 acres ± this <br />year (dark blue) . <br />(2) Of the area mined this year 0.65 acres ± is lake area. <br />The total lake surface exposed to date is 45.08 acres ±; <br />no further reclamation is needed in the lake except <br />isolated bank sloping along the perimeter. we completed <br />backfilling 0.87 acres± this year (orange) . In cooperation <br />with Urban Drainage and in accordance with an approved <br />Corp of Engineers 404 permit we have nearly completed <br />the rip-rap installation, armored crossings and bank <br />sloping along the west side of the affected lands (green). <br />No other reclamation is or was required during this time <br />period. <br />(3) we will continue to mine on the southern part of the <br />disturbed area (pink). We expect to mine approximately <br />6.50 acres ± during 1989-90. <br />
