The effective date of all information in this report is March 20th, 1990. Please refer to the Annual Report Map for the location of areas discussed in this report; the colors correspond with areas colored on the map. We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report questions as outlined in Section 2.41 of the Rules and Regulations revised 11/88. 2.41 (1) No new lands have been disturbed during 1989, mining continued from the north to the south. we completed mining the area partially mined last year (lite blue). We partially mined 1.00 acres ± along the east side of the plant area this year (orange). Most of the material processed this year came from the Urban Drainage/Albert Frei rip rap project in the river.
