I (1 1)(a) The fill shall he napected for stabi(iry by a registered engineer or other <br />yrralified professional specielist experienced in construction of earth and rockfrll enrbnrrknrents <br />under the direction of u qua/ified professional engineer cu least qunrterlyl throughout the <br />construction and dururg the following critical construction periods'": (1)removal of all organic <br />material and topsoil, (2)placement of underdrninnge systems, (3) installation of surface drainage <br />systems, (4) plncemeru and compaction of fill nruterials, and (5) revegetution. <br />The permittee is in compliance with this rule. I This is a quarterly report. A registered engineer <br />accomplished both the inspection and certification.'' None of the critical construction periods <br />were encountered during the time period of the report. <br />Rule 4.09.10 l)(b) The qua/ified registered errgirreer shcd/ provide to the Division a certified <br />report within 2 weeks offer each inspection 1 t/rat the fit/ has been constructed as specified in the <br />design approved by the Division. The inspection was accomplished on December 31, <br />2001. The report was prepared on January 3, 2002.
