<br /> <br />Our records indicate that your permit has been in temporary cessation status <br />and that no annual fees were paid on your anniversary date (October 2) in 1988 <br />as well as the current year, 1989 (your anniversary date fell between July 1 <br />and December 31, 1988 and January 1 and October 31, 1989. Therefore, annual <br />fees are due in accordance with the new Mined Land Reclamation Act. <br />If your records indicate different facts, please inform this office as soon as <br />possible; otherwise, we will expect to receive the annual fees as required by <br />the new statute on or before your anniversary date. Also, please include the <br />required annual report to bring the Divsion up-to-date as to the conditions at <br />the site. If you cannot include these materials with the fees, please <br />indicate on the enclosed sheet how soon we should expect to receive the <br />material.
