The table <br />of contents of the report miss-cites the 1998 water monitoring as 1999. The Permit requires semi- <br />annual (high and low flow) surface water samples. Samples were taken in July and December. <br />From flow information, high flows are experienced from May through August, and low tows from <br />December through March. The December Harvey Gap Below Outlet conductivity measurement for <br />1998 exceeded the baseline range [600--867.5--730). However, the higher 867.5 reading is below <br />the base-line range of Harvey Gap Reservoir Seep conductivities (867.5-900-1400).
