I will await your reaponae <br />to the questions raised in this latter. <br />I received your letter in response to my adequacy review of March 11 and the <br />proof of publication and notification of adjacent landowners. I will expect <br />the remaining proofs of notification (as per our phone conversation) after you <br />rec!!va them. <br />After a review of your figures from Exhibit L and your letter of March 13, <br />and considering that I must take into account some bonding for the crusher <br />and stockpile areas, I will recommend a bond of $1,000 per acre for the 14.36 <br />acres of final reclamation. This gives a total bond of $14,360. <br />I am still awaiting the letter from the Colorado Division of Wildlife concerning <br />this operation.
