Annual fees <br /> were previously paid on-time. If there are any questions regarding the <br /> reports please call me. <br /> Because I end up doing these reports at the end of the year, I am <br /> officially requesting that our annual fees on all permits be due December <br /> 31st of each year and that our Annual Reports for each Dermit be due by <br /> January 31st of each year. There are several justifications for this <br /> request: <br /> 1 . Mining on each permit generally begins during the year in early <br /> spring and ends around the end of the calendar year. Therefore, <br /> each annual report can encompass a full year of <br /> operation/reclamation. <br /> 2. The end of the year slowdown in production enables me to devote <br /> more time to office work and I am better able to concentrate on the <br /> annual reports. Fall is when 80-90% of all reclamation is done on <br /> each Permit and is a very busy time of year. <br /> 3. Our annual aerial photography is flown in December to January of <br /> each year.
