Enclosed <br />please find Sundry Notice (two copies) for injection/recovery well 6H. The <br />enclosed Sundry Notice is the Subsequent Report to inform the BLM, EPA, and <br />DMG that Natural Soda, Inc. brought in a rig and pulled 4 'h injection liner and ran <br />2 7/8 inch tubing to 3020 feet, inside 5 1/z inch casing and set cast iron bridge plug. <br />Pulled out of well and ran in hole with TCP guns on 2 7/8 inch tubing and perforated <br />from 3019.5 feet to 2999.5 feet at four shots per foot. Ran back in hole with 4 %Z <br />inch injection liner and buttoned up wellhead. The rig was removed and necessary <br />work was completed.
