t • • <br />SC-1.0 SITE INFORMATION <br />' 1.1 Location and Access -Sites of WORK aze located: <br />Occidental Oil Shale Logan Wash, Garfield County, Colorado, North of Debeque <br />1 Colorado approximately 10 miles. <br />1.2 WORK Schedule -The general project WORK schedule is 10 hours per day, 4 days per <br />week. Should SUBCONTRACTOR desire to perform WORK at the SITE at other <br />times, CONTRACTOR shall be notified in sufficient time to arrange for necessary <br />services and proper coverage of the WORK. Notification shall be in writing except for <br />' emergencies. <br />SC-2.0 NOTICES AND CONTRACT CORRESPONDENCE <br />Notices and other official communications from SUBCONTRACTOR shall be addressed to <br />CONTRACTOR as follows: <br />DAMES & MOORE <br />' 633 Seventeenth Street <br />Suite 2500 <br />Denver, Colorado 80202-3625 <br />Attention: Jonathan Jaffe <br />SUBCONTRACTOR shall promptly notify CONTRACTOR of the address of its designated <br />representative. Thereafter, all notices and other official communications will be sent to that <br />address. <br />SC-3.0 SITE SECURITY AND SECRECY <br />SUBCONTRACTOR, including its employees, suppliers and subcontractors, shall use only the <br />entrance designated by CONTRACTOR for its use. <br />Access by visitors will be restricted. CONTRACTOR reserves the right to deny access or to <br />require execution of a "Waiver of Risk and Release of Liability," Exhibit B, of any visitor. <br />' SUBCONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the security of its WORK areas and shall at all <br />times conduct its operations in a manner to minimize the risk of loss by theft, damage, <br />vandalism, sabotage or other condition. Upon discovery of a loss, SUBCONTRACTOR shall <br />notify CONTRACTOR and provide a written report of the incident within 24 hours. <br />SUBCONTRACTOR shall cooperate with CONTRACTOR on all security matters and comply <br />with the Project Security Program. Such compliance shall not relieve SUBCONTRACTOR of <br />its responsibilities as noted above. <br /> <br />4-1 <br />
