PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Stephen H. Kinney, 207 N. Orchard, Farmington, NM 87401, <br />(505) 325-4456, has filed an application for a Reclamation Permit <br />with the State of Colorado, Department of Natural Resources, <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />under provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. The <br />proposed mine is known as the Orion Pit, and is located at or <br />near Sections 1 and 2, Township 35 North, Range 14 West, N.M.P.M. <br />The proposed date of commencement is Summer 1995, and proposed <br />completion date is 2015. The proposed future use of the land is <br />irrigated hay and pasture.
