Rule 4.05.13(4) Monitoring Report Requirements
Rule 4.05.13(4)(a) The data collected, including analytical results, shall be tabulated on a site by
site basis ctnd kept on Jile at the mine office for inspection by the Division. These data shall be
submitted to the Division as required in =J.0~.13(-1)(c).
The report is in compliance with this rule. Data was collected, and submitted. The monitoring
program is defined in Exhibit 29 of the Permit.
Rule 4.05.13(4)(b) Gro:md water and surface water dalcr collection shall be based upon a water
year (October 1 through September 30), unless otlrerx~ise approved by the Division.
The report is in compliance with this rule. The Division has approved a calL:ndar yeaz. See section
2.05.6 of the Permit. USGS data for a water year is incorporated into the report.
Rule 4.05.13(4)(c) A hydrologic report shall be submitted to the Division annually with the date of
submittal determined in consulmtton with the permt[tee. The annual hydrologic report shall contain
at a minimum:
The delivery date of the report is March 30 (Permit, section 2.05.6). The Division acknowledged
delays in submission of the report, which was received at the Division on Povember 9, 1998.
