These data shall be <br />submitted to the Division as required in =J.0~.13(-1)(c). <br />The report is in compliance with this rule. Data was collected, and submitted. The monitoring <br />program is defined in Exhibit 29 of the Permit. <br />Rule 4.05.13(4)(b) Gro:md water and surface water dalcr collection shall be based upon a water <br />year (October 1 through September 30), unless otlrerx~ise approved by the Division. <br />The report is in compliance with this rule. The Division has approved a calL:ndar yeaz. See section <br />2.05.6 of the Permit. USGS data for a water year is incorporated into the report. <br />Rule 4.05.13(4)(c) A hydrologic report shall be submitted to the Division annually with the date of <br />submittal determined in consulmtton with the permt[tee. The annual hydrologic report shall contain <br />at a minimum: <br />The delivery date of the report is March 30 (Permit, section 2.05.6). The Division acknowledged <br />delays in submission of the report, which was received at the Division on Povember 9, 1998. <br />Rule 4.05.13(4)(e)(i) YVater quantity datnobtained fran each monitoringsite during [he water year; <br />The report is in compliance with this rule.
