DMG Permit No. M-88-112 <br />Quarterly, Monthly, and Bi-weekly Sampling - June 19 and July 15, 16, 17, <br />and 22, 1996 <br />Dear Mr. Dillie: ,¢ <br />Enclosed are the analytical reports from Core Laboratories for the quarterly, monthly, and <br />bi-weekly sampling periods collected June 19 and July 15, I b, 17, 8, and 22, as specified <br />in he April 1992 Abatement Plan. The cross-reference table between sample <br />identification numbers and sample locations is attached. As specified in TR-006, <br />calculated free and wad cyanide values for the process point samples are enclosed. <br />The groundwater wells SF-1, M-11R, and M-14R, surface woterstation, RS-5, and the <br />process points were sampled and the analyses are enclosed. Duplicates are not <br />included here. Field and rinse blanks were collected as part of the QA/QC. The <br />lysimeters were checked and found to be dry.
