No.: Pond #2 (WaterStorage) <br />Inspection Period: 3rd-qtr 2001 <br />Inspection Date: August 21, 2001 <br />General Description or Reference to Site Plan: <br />This pond is located east of the preparation plant facility. The pond is partially incised with <br />moderate interior and varying exterior slopes. The pond interior is hypalon lined and the <br />perimeter is fenced. The water level is manually controlled by the operator. <br />EMBANKMENT <br />1). Adequacy of the vegetative cover: <br />2). Erosion forming Gullies: <br />3).
