4. OVERBURDEN SAMPLING -REGRADED AREAS <br />Re ui er ment <br />As outlined in the Permit Exhibit 6. Geological Information, Item #4, Overburden Sample Program <br />of the Colowyo Permit, a regraded overburden sampling program is required at a density of one <br />sample per five acres of regraded azea. <br />es onse <br />Colowyo continues to utilize the "State Plane Coordinate System" as the grid system for sampling <br />regraded overburden azeas. Refer to Exhibit 10. 1998 Annual Report Map, for the location of the <br />sampled azeas. Use of the intersecting lines provide a uniform square grid system of approximately <br />five acres per squaze. During 1998 a total of 5 regraded area samples were obtained representing <br />approximately 50 acres of additional regraded overburden area. The analyses are provided in <br />Exhibit 9 - Regraded Overburden Sampling. <br />No suspect materials were encountered during the sampling program. <br />CJ <br />• <br />~o <br />
