You must pay them each <br /> year until reclamation responsibility release is granted. The fee is for LAST <br /> YEARS mining and reclamation season, and MUST be paid even if the mine was in an <br /> O inactive state. It is due and payable ON OR BEFORE the permit anniversary date <br /> shown below. <br /> If you have requested reclamation release from the Division but your permit is not <br /> terminated by your anniversary date listed below the annual fee MUST be paid.
