The cyanide levels <br />in the tailings exiting the INCO circuit are monitored on a <br />30-day rolling average calculated weekly. The 30-day rolling <br />average calculations are enclosed. All weekly averages <br />calculated during February were below permit standards. <br />Preliminary analysis reports from Core Labs for post-detox <br />samples collected on January 15, 21, and 28 are enclosed. <br />Samples for outside lab verification were collected on <br />February 3, 13, 18, and 26; Core Labs has not issued analysis <br />reports for these samples. <br />If you have any questions, please call. <br />Sincerely, <br />i1Jeo,no ~ ~+~` <br />Alana L.
