Specifically, <br />irrevocable letters of crzdit, Dezds of "Crust, and security a,reements, self-insurance, salvage <br />credit, and first priority liens on project related fi.etures. <br />(ii) Pzr the requirements oF? CCR 407-1, =407-4, and Rules I.I~(I)(b). permits secured with a <br />Deed of Trust or a Security Aareemznt, thz operator shall submit an updatz, by a qualified <br />indepzndznt appraiser, indicating any changes in propeny value, and a statement summarizing <br />any circumstances which may affect the adequacy of [he Dezd of Trust, or Security agrzement. <br />and the value of thz propeny subject to either of these ins[rumznts. Thz report shall also provide <br />proof that there arz no past-due property taxis. <br />(i) Pzr the requirements of_ CCR 407-1, 407-4, and Rules -1.7(31, permits secured with an <br />hTevocable Lzttzr of Credit, the operator shall have the bank provide documentation in the form <br />of a balance sheet, certified by a Czrtified Public Accountant, demonstrating that the Lettzr of <br />Credit does not zxceed ten percent (10901 of the bank's capital surplus accounts. <br />( i 1 Pzr [he requirements of ?CCR-107-I, -107-4. and Rules 4.9. ~(c), permits secured by a First <br />Priority Lten on am' tistures and Equipmznt, the operator shall provide a report in sufFicient <br />deutil to fully describe the condition, valuz, and location of a!! plzdged fixtures and equipment. <br />tb) Per the reyuirzmen[s of 2 CCR 407-1.407-4, and Rules I.l i(1 i(c), all monitoring information <br />required as patt of the approved permit application, to include the Environmental Protection Plan. (Phase <br />note that if you arz no[ a Desi,nated Ivlinin, Opzrttion. you will not have an Environmental Protection <br />Plan ^s part of your approved permit.) <br />
