This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this year. We submitted Technical Revision and received approval for a blasting plan in July 1999. There has been no mining within 200 feet of the Peck Creek tributary canyon as required. The Annual Report map is an excerpt from the application maps showing the Southeast portion of the mine. We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report questions as required in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and Regulations and the Annual Notice Letter. (1) We mined on 4 field stone areas this year disturbing less than 5.0 acres as allowed in the permit. We have expanded the slab stone mining so it now covers approximately 1.02 acres near the Pinon Mine in Stage 1 and removed stone from an area approximately 0.49 acres ± in the pre-law distur- bance area. We continue to remove materials stockpiled in past years that are located in the Stone Yard area and surrounding the Siloam Mine. Only 0.67 acres of the stone storage area will need reclamation.
