Please be advised that this quany was
transferred to Mr. Neil Sprague on or about December 31, 2003 as part of a divorce
decree between Mr. Sprague and Ms. Judy Sprague. At that time, Mr. Sprague took over
the mine and was suppose to file the appropriate paperwork with you. Apparently he did
not do so. Arkins Park Stone Corporation did not own the property last year.
Consequently, we are unaware of how much material was mined or of any reclamation
efforts.
In light of the above, please also note that Arkins Park Stone purchased the quarry back
from Mr. Sprague this June. We are not currently mining the property and have
requested that the State come out, meet with us and inspect the quarry. Although we do
not feel we are responsible for the annual fee, we will pay it at this time. If you have any
questions, please do not hesitate to call me.
Sincere] ,
'V
udy Sprague
CEO
N '~
