Follocying <br />are Minrec's responses to the Division's concerns: <br />Section I: - No Comment Required. <br />Section II: <br />1. The annual hydrologic report is formatted so that it i;s a <br />living document. The 1983 report should be in the same bider <br />as the 1994 report. The information regarding the length of <br />casing of the piezometers is available in the anciual <br />hydrologic report. Please refer to the 1986 AHR ,for <br />information on piezometers P-1 through P-4 and the 1989 AHR <br />for piezometer P-5. <br />2. No comment required. <br />3. No comment required. <br />4. The conclusion of the report states that the hydrologic <br />monitoring data indicates the hydrologic impact from the <br />reclaimed mine site is minimal to nonexistent.
