The
possible violations will be considered at the August 25 & 26, 1993
Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board) meeting. Each notice
discusses possible civil penalties which can be issued by the Board
pursuant to the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act and the Rules
and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board.
However, because Yuma County requested an audit of its permitted
operations, the Division will recommend to the Board that no civil
penalties be assessed.
Sincerely,
H.
